Returns should be made within 28 days. Please be aware that you must raise your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Post Your Return

Once you have processed your return you have a further 14 days to return your items to us.
Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested.
Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending

3. We’ll Do The Rest

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.
All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment.
Please note refunds can take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request the return. We can’t accept any return request beyond 30 days from the delivery date. Thank you for your understanding!

  1. We offer 50% refund and you can keep the product.
  2. We offer 100% refund after you return the product back to us. The returned product must be in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We will charge 20% restocking fee for all returning orders.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
